Powder Coating Ovens
The EWN line of industrial batch ovens was specifically designedas a Powder Coating Oven for curing powder coatings. This Enhanced Walk-in oven is also a good choice for wet paint curing applications where tighter temperature tolerances or quicker heat-up times are required. The EWN is manufactured with all the same quality features as Wisconsin Oven’s other line of equipment, but the base model includes many of the features that are offered as options on other models. Enhancements include combination airflow, recirculation blower upgrade, more heat input, digital timer with auto-shutdown feature, modulating control on gas fired ovens, and SSR power control on electrically heated curing ovens. Feature-for-feature, these Powder Coating Ovens are a phenomenal value.
All models include fully adjustable supply and return ducts to ensure even airflow distribution throughout the work chamber. As a standard, EWN powder coating ovens are designed to provide a combination air flow pattern through the work chamber. With combination air flow, there are supply ducts located on both side walls (running from the very front to the very back of the work chamber) that introduce the heated air into the chamber near the bottom. The air rises past the product in a vertical manner to totally bathe the painted product. The air is then returned to the heating plenum through an adjustable return duct located above the work chamber. We also offer a standard option for a horizontal air flow pattern through the work chamber, which is ideal for curing applications where the product is loaded on multi-tiered trays.
