Paint Curing Ovens with 3 year warranty All Wisconsin Oven Corporation brand standard batch ovens with maximum temperature ratings of 800°F or less (Models, SWN, EWN, SWH, SB & SBH), feature our Exclusive 3-Year Heat & Recirculation Warranty. This warranty covers all materials and labor (for domestically installed equipment) for the recirculation blower, the burner or electric heaters, the Honeywell UDC temperature controller, and the SSR (or SCR). Wear items, such as drive belts, fuses, etc. are not included.

Paint Curing Ovens

The SWN line of industrial batch ovens has been Wisconsin Oven’s top selling walk-in oven for wet paint curing applications for decades. Hundreds and hundreds of paint curing ovens have been shipped from our manufacturing facility throughout our history, many under various brand names. The SWN is manufactured with all the same quality features as Wisconsin Oven’s other line of equipment, yet it is an economical choice for most wet paint curing applications. All models include fully adjustable supply and return ducts to ensure even airflow distribution throughout the work chamber. As a standard, the SWN is designed to provide a horizontal air flow pattern through the work chamber, which is ideal for curing applications where the product is loaded on multi-tiered trays. Upgrading a paint curing oven for a combination air flow pattern is very common, especially in job shops where there is an infinite amount of different products and load configurations. With combination air flow, there are supply ducts located on both side walls (running from the very front to the very back of the work chamber) that introduce the heated air into the chamber near the bottom. The air rises past the product in a vertical manner, to totally bathe the painted product. The air is returned to the heating plenum through an adjustable return duct located above the work chamber.
