Wisconsin Oven manufactures a wide variety of continuous process ovens. Designs
include flat conveyor belt style, chain conveyors, Ferris wheel, carousel, overhead
trolley, serpentine, chain-on-edge, spindle, slat type, strip cure, print plate,
pusher ovens, dog beams, wash-draw furnaces, as well as specialized custom continuous
conveyor ovens (like multi-tier conveyor ovens). We can also design our heating
equipment to accommodate your existing conveyor. These conveyorized
industrial ovens and furnaces are used in a wide range of applications and processes
such as tempering, annealing, curing, preheating, drying, heat-shrinking, and
heat-forming, just to name a few.
These continuous conveyor ovens are used in almost every industry, including
aerospace, pharmaceutical, plastics, rubber, electronics, printing, finishing,
automotive, as well as wood and metal finishing.
Flat
conveyor belt style continuous process ovens, ideal for light-duty to medium-duty
applications. Typically
used at temperatures between 150° and 1,250°F.
Pre-Heat
and Post-Bake Print Plate ovens with a flat-flex belt. Typically used in the
printing industry, but can be used in applications such as heat-setting.
Spindle
(Chain-on-Edge) conveyor ovens, typically used in the finishing industry for curing
or drying small parts. 100’s of Standard models (Wisconsin Oven’s
SCS Series) available.
Overhead
Trolley Conveyor Ovens, used for a wide-variety of applications, typically with temperatures
under 800°F. 100’s of Standard models (Wisconsin Oven’s SCT Series).
Ferris
Wheel Conveyor Ovens process a wide-variety of parts in a continuous application where the
conveyor runs vertical instead of horizontal (saves shop floor space!).
