Federal officials appreciate GSA Schedules as a means of procuring goods and services, knowing that companies on these schedules have been qualified by the General Services Administration (GSA).

Wisconsin Oven designed and manufactured a gas fired three lane oven with an indexing cart drive system for curing coatings on various parts for wind turbines. The parts are a mix of steel and alloy with the largest weighing 300lbs. The industrial oven has a production rate of 40 carts per hour. The customer required a 25-point temperature uniformity of +/-15° F at 140° F.

The customer manufactures various parts for several aircraft manufacturers. The oven is divided into two (2) independent chambers that are separated by a vertical lift door which can be opened to combine the chambers for curing long parts.
