Wisconsin Oven's extensive experience and its complete engineering department can fill any needs for batch ovens. Whether it is a “customized” standard oven or complete engineered custom oven, your heat process and complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
We have patented technology, which enables us to build any size unit, and operating temperatures to 1,400°F in any heat source. As an example, the first photo in the image gallery shows a row of “clean room” ovens used in the pharmaceutical industry, complete with floors and carts. The exterior is a brushed stainless steel.
The second photo in the gallery is a large blue oven, which was shipped to the US Navy. This oven features air operated ‘bi-fold' or articulating doors, complete with conveyor slots in the door header to allow transfer of the product into the chamber.
