Wisconsin Oven offers complete turnkey installation services that include everything
from unloading equipment to commissioning the equipment into operation.
We also offer supervised installation services, providing a qualified supervisor
to guide your installation personnel, giving you confidence that your equipment
is assembled and installed correctly.
A Wisconsin Oven technician inspects the installation performed by others, and
performs on-site adjustments prior to giving hands-on training to operator and
maintenance personnel. Industrial furnace and oven startup and training services
are typically included with turnkey installation packages.

Wisconsin Oven can provide on-site uniformity testing and certification for
your industrial oven. Adjusting the equipment for proper airflow balance and
heat distribution provides a tighter temperature tolerance, which can increase
YOUR product quality. Consideration is given to air pressure (positive
or negative) in your building, which can impact uniformity. Our on-site
profile testing service will assure your oven is balanced, adjusted, and within
tolerance to meet today’s demanding standards and specifications. Wisconsin
Oven provides calibrated and certified instrumentation to ensure valid test results. In
many cases, profile testing and associated adjustments can be completed in a
single 8 to 10 hour work day.
Why
is Preventive Maintenance Service (PM Service) important?
Maintaining equipment in satisfactory operating condition extends the life of
the equipment, minimizes unscheduled downtime that can cause major problems in
production, and maintains consistency in YOUR product quality.
Preventive Maintenance can be defined as a program in which wear, tear, and
change are anticipated, and continuous corrective actions are taken to ensure
peak efficiency and performance, and to minimize premature deterioration. Preventive
Maintenance involves a planned and controlled program of systematic inspection,
adjustment, lubrication, and replacement of components, as well as performance
testing and analysis. However, we also realize that equipment grows old,
uses change, and techniques vary. Our experienced staff takes these items
into consideration so an effective PM program is updated as needed to remain
viable and effective.
Some typical items that can be included as part of a successful Preventive
Maintenance Program include recertification of temperature uniformity, cleaning
and adjustment of burners to improve efficiency, and replacement (or recommendation
of replacement) of parts to specifically prevent faults from occurring.
Upon request we can also provide your operating and maintenance personnel with
hands-on training, or technical assistance, during our visit.
Wisconsin Oven is the leading Industrial OEM Oven Manufacturer. We are
therefore equipped for most rebuild, retrofit, or modification work, including
complete electrical re-wiring of your oven.
