Conveyor Ovens - Special Conveyor Oven

Carousel Ovens
A Carousel oven is a simple conveyor oven concept that saves valuable space and allows the product to be loaded and unloaded in the same spot. With multiple layers, the load can become a very dense pack, ideal for small parts that need to be handled individually. A similar concept is a drum oven as shown with the door open. Again the load is densely packed and can be rotated during heated if desired.

Dog Beam Ovens & Furnaces
Also referred to as an Indexing or Pusher oven, this design provides the continuous operation of a conveyor oven, with the dense loading and the long dwell time of a batch. The parts are generally loading in baskets or on trays and are indexed through the oven.

Pusher / Indexing Ovens & Furnaces
Also referred to as a Dog Beam oven, this design provides the continuous operation of a conveyor oven, with the dense loading and the long dwell time of a batch. The parts are generally loading in baskets or on trays and are indexed through the oven.

Shrink Tunnel Ovens
Shrink Tunnel conveyor ovens, used in the shrink film packaging industry, are designed for high speed and short dwell times with quick and even heating.

Wash Draw Systems
We offer custom designed Wash / Draw Systems to meet any production need. The conveyor oven's method will be designed to best suit your parts and is often a continuous belt through the washer and oven. The washer can be designed in multiple/heated stages to remove various quenching materials. The oven is also often designed with multiple heat zones for optimum performance. The system comes complete with exhaust hoods, blow-off nozzles and cooling chambers is desired.

Ferris Wheel Ovens
A Ferris Wheel conveyor oven, as with carousel ovens, are simple concepts that saves valuable space and allows the product to be loaded in a very dense pack, ideal for parts that need to be handled individually.

Strip Cure Equipment
Wisconsin Oven manufactures high and low velocity web or strip cure ovens. Our equipment is completely factory assembled and tested, and we can supply the complete solvent controls, fume incinerator, and work closely with material handling suppliers for ease of installation.

Washer / Quench Tanks
Wisconsin Oven will manufacture washers and/or quench tanks as needed with heat processing equipment. Whether it is a multi stage belt washer, a heated quench tank, or a movable quench car, we can meet your needs. And, as with all of the equipment produced at Wisconsin Oven, our washers and quench tanks are completely factory assembled and tested, with water.
