Wisconsin Oven is now accepting applications for individuals seeking training for:

  • Module I - Welding and Mechanical Assembly
    • Curriculum Includes
      • Blue Print Reading I - Mechanical
      • Welding I - Mig
      • Welding II - Tig
      • Assembly Techniques I – Subassemblies
      • Assembly Techniques II – Oven Build
      • On the Floor Shadowing
  • Module II - Electrical Assembly – COMING SOON
    • Curriculum Includes
      • Blue Print Reading II – Electrical
      • Electrical Wiring Techniques I – Control Panel
      • Electrical Wiring Techniques II – On Oven Utilities
      • Refrigeration Manufacturing Techniques
      • Controls and instrument training
      • On the Floor Shadowing

Training is provided by experienced WOC production personal and engineers, as well as area experts.

Both modules take approximately 6 months to complete with the full program taking 1 year. Participants can elect to participate in either module or the full program.

If you are accepted to Wisconsin Oven Universal Training Center you can expect the following:

  • You will be contacted for an introduction meeting that will determine the courses you may be enrolled in, the duration and expectations.
  • This is a paid training course. This means you will be paid while you are being trained. The training wage is $10.00 per hour 25-30 hours per week maximum. Some courses will have a much lighter schedule.
  • Once you have completed one or all of the available modules, you will receive a certificate of completion along with a letter explaining in depth your training and accomplishments.
  • If you wish to apply at Wisconsin Oven Corporation during or after your training you may do so.
