The ovens have high volume airflow that provides excellent uniformity and heat rates ideal for process requiring temperatures up to 1,400°F.
Horizontal Quench System for Aluminum Solution Treatment: Wisconsin Oven's horizontal quench system utilizes a high capacity recirculation blower, along with fully enclosed & pressurized supply ducts, delivers heated air with a combination airflow arrangement. The equipment provides a quench time as low as seven (7) seconds, which combined with the load capacity of up to 6,000 lbs. makes it ideal for solution treating applications.
Belt Conveyor Ovens & Furnaces: Wisconsin Oven manufactures a wide variety of belt conveyor ovens, including flat belt style, chain conveyors, chain-edge, mesh belt, serpentine, chain-on-edge, slat type, and other arrangements, as well as multi-tier conveyor ovens. Our industrial conveyor ovens and furnaces are available with continuous maximum temperature ratings up to 1,400°F.
Heavy Duty Walk-in-Ovens: These industrial batch ovens are manufactured with heavy-duty construction and are ideal for the most demanding applications. The heavy duty walk-in ovens are available in standard sizes and can also be custom designed to your exact specifications.
