Wisconsin Oven designed and manufactured the electrically heated belt conveyor oven with two (2) decks, top down airflow and a cool down pictured to the right. This oven is used for curing adhesive on Harley Davidson motorcycle rear fenders. Each work chamber is 5'9" wide x 19'3" long x 2'2" high. The oven was rated for a maximum operating temperature of 500°F.

The customer will mount three (3) fenders on a pallet jig which is lifted up on a lift table to the oven entrance. The fenders are then indexed into the belt conveyor oven through 5 stations, six (6) minutes at each station totaling 30 minutes in the oven. The fenders are indexed out of the oven onto a lift table which lowers the pallet down to the cool down chamber. The fenders are then indexed into the cool down chamber through 5 stations for six (6) minutes at each station totaling 30 minutes in the cool down. The fenders are indexed out of the cool down and the pallet is unloaded and reloaded by the operator.

Features on this oven include:

• 27,000 CFM @ 20 HP recirculation blower
