Wisconsin Oven designed and manufactured an electrically heated dual lane indexing conveyor oven for preheating molds and curing urethane that has been injected into the molds. The molds will be loaded single file on each lane. The production rate of the indexing conveyor oven is 60 molds per hour each lane.

The belt conveyor oven chamber is 7’5” wide x 10’4” long x 1’0” high. The maximum temperature rating is 300° F with a normal operating temperature of 265° F. There are two (2) indexing belt style conveyor systems. Each conveyor will operate in the opposite direction on independent drives and is 32” wide with 6”long load and unload extensions. The conveyor system includes a variable frequency AC drive programmed for a specified indexing time and rate.

The conveyor oven heating system features incoloy sheathed heating elements, for a total of 216kW heat input with SCR power control. The recirculation system has a 28,400 CFM @ 25 HP belt driven blower and utilizes top-down and bottom-up airflow with adjustable louvers for optimum air flow efficiencies. The louvers deliver air from both above and below the full width and length of the heating chamber. The UL certified NEMA 12 control enclosure includes IEC style motor starters, push buttons, and pilot lights. The temperature is controlled by a Eurotherm 3204 temperature controller.
