Wisconsin Oven Ships Electrically Heated Enhanced Walk-In Series Oven to Plastics Industry
Wisconsin Oven is pleased to announce the shipment of one (1) Electrically Heated Enhanced Walk-In Series Oven. This oven will be used for sintering parts for plastics applications.
The maximum temperature for this oven is 800°F and the normal temperature is 700°F. The overall dimensions are 9’9”W x 7’4”L x 13’10”H, while the chamber dimensions are 6’0”W x 6’0”L x 7’0”H. The oven’s body is constructed of tongue and groove panel assemblies featuring our patented high efficiency panel seams.

Unique features of this sintering oven include:
- Insulated floor with wheel guides
- Fifteen stainless steel shelf supports
- 19,600 CFM @ 25 HP plug mounted blower
- 1,200 CFM @ 1 HP exhaust blower
- 96 kW heat input
- Eurotherm Nanodac digital controller/recorder
This sintering oven was fully factory tested and adjusted prior to shipment from our facility. All safety interlocks were checked for proper operation and the equipment was operated at the normal and maximum operating temperatures. An extensive quality assurance check list was completed to ensure the equipment met all Wisconsin Oven quality standards.
