Wisconsin Oven Ships Walk-In Oven for the Technology Industry
Wisconsin Oven Corporation announced the shipment of a natural gas fired enhanced duty walk-in oven to the technology industry. This industrial oven will be used for post curing refractory material.
This curing oven has a maximum operating temperature of 300°F and work chamber dimensions of 12'0" wide x 12'0" long x 8'0" high. The oven was designed with the capacity to heat 8,000 pounds of steel and 4,000 pounds of refractory material from 70° to 150° F within 180 minutes.
The refractory curing oven is equipped with bi-parting, horizontal swing doors and a 12-gauge aluminized floor. The recirculation system utilizes combination airflow to maximize heating rates an temperature uniformity. Guaranteed temperature uniformity of ±10° F at 150° F was documented with a standard nine (9) point profile test conducted in an empty oven chamber under static operating conditions.
“This curing oven was constructed with tongue & groove panel assemblies featuring our patented high efficiency panel seams that provides 25% better insulating efficiency. The efficiency of these panels allows us to provide optimal temperature uniformity for our customer’s process.”
- Nick Toci, Sales Engineer
