The maximum temperature for this oven is 1,100°F and the normal temperature is 985°F. The overall dimensions are 14’6”W x 17’6”H x 27’0”L, while the interior chamber dimensions are 7’0”W x 3’6”H x 3’0”L. The system’s walls and ceiling feature “CAN” style construction and include 6 inches of insulation. This system features a maximum 7-second quench delay.
