Wisconsin Oven designed and manufactured the electrically heated belt conveyor oven with two (2) decks, top down airflow and a cool down pictured to the right. This oven is used for curing adhesive on Harley Davidson motorcycle rear fenders. Each work chamber is 5'9" wide x 19'3" long x 2'2" high. The oven was rated for a maximum operating temperature of 500°F. The customer will mount three (3) fenders on a pallet jig which is lifted up on a lift table to the oven entrance.
