The condition and performance of all industrial process equipment is subject to intermittent component failure and deterioration over time, and industrial ovens are no exception. Wisconsin Oven Corporation understands the importance of maintaining equipment uptime, which is why we have partnered with DataSense® Technologies to provide an innovative, robust industrial IoT system.
This system uses IoT (Internet of Things) technology and features an IoT gateway, which collects information from sensors that gather performance data of components on your oven, and records it over time. The gateway wirelessly transmits data to a cloud platform where it is displayed on dashboards for the Wisconsin Oven service team. The most common measurements include variables such as vibration, temperature, current, temperature controller output, burner information, and chamber pressure. In the event your equipment requires troubleshooting, we can do it remotely, rather than waiting for a service visit to be arranged. This minimizes downtime and helps diagnose intermittent problems using the historical sensor data.
