Product details

Wisconsin Oven’s inert atmosphere batch ovens and furnaces (ABO Series) are known throughout the industry for their ruggedness, performance, and value. This low-oxygen furnace line uses a nitrogen cover gas, integrated control system, a fully welded steel shell with high-performance seals, and a water-to-atmosphere cooling system. It is specifically designed for users that require a reduced level of oxidation of their steel, aluminum, PTFE, UHMW or other parts. This system protects the material from oxidation using a non-reactive gas such as nitrogen or argon. These inert atmosphere furnaces and ovens are covered under the same 3-year WOW warranty as our non-atmosphere design and provide an inert atmosphere suitable for many applications.

This nitrogen atmosphere furnace line is available in 10 standard sizes with custom sizes available, electrically heated, with indirect gas fired available upon request. There are 2 standard maximum temperature ratings offered for our atmosphere ovens, 1000°F (540°C) and 1250°F (675°C) and they are designed to accept the most common heat treat oven baskets and load sizes.

Wisconsin Oven’s inert nitrogen atmosphere furnace line can be designed to meet the most stringent standards (i.e. AMS-2750, AMS-2770, or BAC-5621, to name a few). All inert atmosphere furnaces are fully factory tested, adjusted, and certified by extensive quality inspection, and operated under a nitrogen atmosphere PRIOR to shipment, which results in lower installation and start-up costs.

Experience the industry-renowned quality and durability of Wisconsin Oven's atmosphere heat treat furnaces. With a wide range of temperature options and custom sizes available, our nitrogen atmosphere furnaces are tailored to your specific needs.
