Wisconsin Oven manufactures standard spindle conveyor ovens (SCS Series), otherwise known as the chain on edge conveyor ovens, in a multitude of configurations. The conveyorized oven design can be added to your current line with multiple conveyors passes to minimize floor space requirements. Products are loaded on the stationary or rotating spindles and conveyed through the oven for processing. These chain-on-edge conveyor ovens are offered with a 650° F maximum temperature rating. A ceiling-mounted supply plenum provides top-down airflow arrangement through the work chamber providing maximum heating rates and optimal temperature uniformity for the spindle conveyor design. We will work with you to design an airflow configuration that works best with your process and production line.
These conveyor ovens are most often supplied without the conveyor, as the amount of conveyors inside the oven will be only a small portion of the total material handling system. We work with the material handling specialist to ensure the installation of the conveyor within the oven is seamless.
Our spindle conveyor ovens are factory assembled, fully adjusted and factory tested prior to shipment to reduce start-up and installation times. Customers are invited and encouraged to visit our plant to witness testing and inspect the equipment prior to shipment
