Expedited Walk-In Batch Ovens
Wisconsin Oven's EWN series walk-in batch ovens are now available with expedited lead times at no additional charge. Referred to as our “Fast-Track” models, they are available with our most popular features and options. They deliver traditional Wisconsin Oven quality and performance with lead times as low as 10 to 12 weeks, depending on the options selected*.
EWN Fast-Track Models Available for Expediting
- Sizes: All standard sizes
- Heating sources: Electric and Gas-fired (240/480V)
- Temperature rating: 500°F maximum
- Options: Many common upgrades available (see below)
Available Options
- Doors: Swing doors at rear, air-operated vertical lift doors
- Floor: Insulated floor with wheel guides
- Exhaust: Powered exhaust blowers (400 to 900 CFM)
- Recipe Controllers Upgrades and Digital Recorders: Watlow F4T, Eurotherm 3204/3504, Nanodac™to name a few
- Control Panel Upgrades: UL 508A, additional inputs, USB, Ethernet
- Other Options: Door limit switch, digital timer, interior lighting, observation windows, filtered air inlet, and others
- Uniformity: +/-10°F with TUS documentation
